My work as an interdisciplinary artist focuses on concepts of truth and identity by reflecting upon my background as a mixed Algerian-French and Welsh woman. I am passionate about healing and growing through my work - effectively, creating myself as I create art. This can include my body in motion, the search for identity, the processes of growth, healing and creation and the exploration of my origins, traditions, and sisterhood. As an artist, I seek to engage my audiences through participation and conversation and thereby create a bridge across which ideas, concepts, understanding and healing can travel.
